I was born and raised in this area, and wouldn’t live anywhere else. That’s why since opening my law office on May 1, 1992, my staff and I have devoted countless hours and resources to helping people avoid the devastating effects of deep debt.

Dallas is my home, and people who live here are like my family. I don’t want your financial problems to get worse, and I don’t want you to keep losing sleep over it.

I was born in Midland, Texas on May 20, 1961. After attending the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, I graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1991. I am admitted to the Texas and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas in 2000.

I specialize in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, foreclosure avoidance, and repossessions and am a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers, The American Bankruptcy Institute and the Better Business Bureau of Greater Dallas, Texas.

I live in the Dallas area with my wonderful wife, Diana, our dog, Mandy, and our family.
